*Responsibilities:*
* Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Dutchess County.
* Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill."
* Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
* Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.
*Qualifications:*
* *License:* Valid NY State Occupational Therapy License (required).
* *Education:* Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
* *Experience:* New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people.
* *Transport:* Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Dutchess County.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
