This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in New York City. The position involves recruiting local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, qualify them, assist with application processes, drive referrals, and organize recruitment events. The role requires travel within your designated territory and offers a commission structure. Responsibilities: Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns such as Brooklyn and Bronx. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest. Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process. Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns or townhall meetings. Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms. 1-2+ years of field sales experience. Experience in sales management and outside sales. Bilingual proficiency required in Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Field sales experience is required. Work Environment: The role involves in-field sales activities up to 5 times a week. There will be one headcount supporting the Bronx (bilingual Spanish) and four headcounts supporting Brooklyn (bilingual in Mandarin, Russian, or Spanish). Candidates should reside in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, or Manhattan. Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
