Exit Sales Representative Embark (Bilingual English & Spanish Required) Full Time Schedule: Open availability required including weekends and holidays Location: Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts Job Summary: The Exit Sales Representative Embark is responsible for promoting and selling Exploria Sampler and VIP vacation packages to guests at the conclusion of their resort experience. This role focuses on guest engagement, product education, and meeting daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities and Duties: Promote and sell Sampler and VIP vacation packages to qualified guests Engage guests professionally and build rapport Provide accurate information about Exploria products and destinations Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance goals Maintain knowledge of current promotions and offerings Support frontline sales agents as needed Provide consistent and professional customer service Complete required documentation accurately and timely Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual English and Spanish required Previous Timeshare sales experience is required Previous exit or sampler sales experience preferred Florida Real Estate License preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focused and sales driven Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Physical and Work Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members Ability to work in a resort and sales environment
