Compensation/Benefits: $24-$27/hour + commission. Office hours of operation Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Health, dental, vision, & life insurance. Paid holidays. Paid vacation and personal time. This position is the foundation to jump-start your successful business career. Responsibilities: Work directly with internal and external sales representatives to support day-to-day operations Timely and accurate processing of all new sales, resolving discrepancies as required Track sales activity via CRM to ensure accurate commission calculations Prepare sales reports for sales team and leadership Partner with sales leadership to resolve commission-related questions and discrepancies Assist in improving sales processes to increase efficiency and accuracy Manage incoming phone calls Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound lead sources Achieve inside sales goals Acquire new clients and generate revenue by offering solutions and closing business over the phone Receive and record client payments Prepare and manage client accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities Provide first person problem resolution for external and internal clients Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various co-workers, clients and vendors Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High degree of professionalism and communication Ambitious and results-driven individual that takes initiative Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly Strong facilitation and team skills Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills Basic understanding of sales processes and contracts Minimum of 1-year office work and customer service experience required Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening Bachelors or Associates Degree
