As a Frontier Sales Trainee, you would represent the Frontier brand professionally at events and campaigns, engage with customers to explain Frontier's wireless services and products, and collaborate on sales strategies and campaigns to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Frontier Sales Trainee, you would be expected to
Represent the Frontier brand professionally while explaining the benefits of their wireless products and services to customers Have a customer-centric approach while engaging with new customers Collaborate with other Frontier Sales Trainee team members on sales techniques and campaigns to foster customer retention Problem-solve and troubleshoot accounts and devices Offer tailored solutions to meet customers' diverse telecom needs Build relationships and rapport to ensure customer satisfaction Meet monthly Sales targets Be a driven team player
