As an Intermediate Financial Analyst, you will provide financial statements and operating performance analysis, support planning and forecasting, and deliver insightful reports to Corporate teams, including Information Technology. Your goal will be to drive informed decision-making through business case development, investment analysis, and collaborative engagement with stakeholders. Your success will be measured by your ability to produce accurate financial commentary, guide business performance, and mentor junior staff and non-financial professionals.

Your Responsibilities:
Produce financial reports and support analysis for the corporate teams, specifically but not limited to the Information Technology team
Support preparation of forecasts through regular engagement with stakeholders
Produce stewardship reports, variance analysis and financial/operational commentary
Provide primary support for the preparation of the annual business plan
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Support business case development and investment analysis
Business performance analysis
Mentoring and coaching more junior employees and non-financial professionals
Professional Skills:
Strong analytical skills and good presentation skills
Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines / proven ability to meet hard deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Your Experience:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with a minimum 3 years of experience working in finance or accounting
Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update)
Experience in Cognos/TM1 is an asset
