Partners Community Health (PCH) is a new not-for-profit organization, focused on bringing healthcare services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto. PCH currently operates two new state-of the-art LTC homes and community hub in West Mississauga. The new homes have a combined 632-beds and be part of PCH's larger strategy that introduce innovative and inclusive programs and services and new models of care delivery. Position Summary:
The Manager, Digital & Information Technology, is responsible for leading the defining and executing of the organization's digital strategy, enterprise information management framework, and technology modernization roadmap
This role drives digital innovation, oversees enterprise information management practices, and champions the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
The manager collaborates across departments to implement digital solutions, strengthen data governance, ensure compliance, and support the organization's broader digital transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Transformation
Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
Identify and implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience
Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud, automation, AI) and recommend opportunities for adoption
Develop and manage the organization's AI and automation strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead digital innovation initiatives, pilots, and proofs of concept.
Information Management & Data Governance
Oversee the organization's information management strategy, frameworks, and policies and lifecycle practices .
• Implement enterprise-wide data governance standards, data quality processes, and metadata management.
Ensure secure, compliant handling of information based on privacy and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and IT Security to uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
Technology & System Leadership
Oversee digital platforms and enterprise information systems, ensuring integration and optimization and provide strategic direction for enterprise architecture, systems modernization, and digital platforms.
Ensure technology investments align with business needs, scalability, and future growth.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and service-level governance.
• Work with teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and digital solution architecture.
Policy, Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with privacy legislation, cybersecurity standards, and information governance policies.
• Support risk assessments related to digital systems, information management, and AI technologies.
• Contribute to the development of policies governing digital platforms, AI use, and information lifecycle processes.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead a cross-functional team responsible for information management, digital solutions, and AI initiatives.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective digital/AI solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technology adoption.
Qualifications
Education & Professional Designations
• Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA) or professional certifications (AI/ML, ITIL, CDMP, PMP) an asset.
Experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in digital transformation, information management, analytics, or AI-driven environments.
• Experience implementing digital solutions, automation tools, or enterprise information systems.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, data governance frameworks, and privacy requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or leading complex projects.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud technologies, and information management practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation workflows (RPA), and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and change management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital, data, and AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Commitment to responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use.
