You'll work closely with Sales Engineers in a defined territory to generate new opportunities and identify solutions that support clients in achieving their strategic objectives. Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will:


Learn about our ESG reporting software and understand how we support companies throughout their sustainability initiatives and reporting processes.

Collaborate with an energetic, engaged team and benefit from a management group dedicated to your success—an ideal launchpad for your career at Nasdaq.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for:

Supporting Sales Engineers in identifying strategic growth opportunities and planning outreach.

Developing a strong understanding of the sustainability market and emerging trends.

Becoming a subject matter expert on Nasdaq technologies and consulting services and sharing knowledge with clients and prospective clients.

Networking with senior-level executives across existing and prospective client organizations via email, phone, and other outreach channels.

Booking consultative meetings and conducting solution demonstrations to assist in the sales cycle.

Supporting the closure of opportunities to meet individual and team quotas.

Taking initiative on new, high-impact projects and maintaining a curiosity for learning.

Maintaining Salesforce and ensuring accurate account management.

Managing campaign lists for each region and driving consistent outbound activity to appropriate targets.

You Will Need the Following Skills and Experience
 


Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor's degree.

Prior business development or sales experience is a plus.
