Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: G3 Head Office (On-Site)

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from initiation through to successful delivery. This role combines strong project management expertise with organizational change management capabilities to ensure both technical outcomes and human adoption are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects with multi-departmental impact.‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects with multi‑departmental impact.
  • Develop integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, and dependencies.
  • Recommend appropriate methodologies, governance, and processes based on project complexity and organizational maturity
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and appropriate reporting of projects for executive, leadership, stakeholders and teams
  • Manage project budgets (CapEx/OpEx), forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with governance and business objectives.
  • Ensure project goals are achieved, and deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives
  • Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle
  • Guide and motivate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, alignment of expectations, and consistent progress toward project objectives
  • Act as a coach to junior project managers, executives and others who need assistance and advice regarding project management practices.
  • Change Management and Business Readiness

  • Develop and execute change management activities that enhance adoption, minimize resistance, and embed organizational readiness.
  • Participate in maturation of OCM methodologies, tools and standards to support the people-side of project delivery.
  • Support training needs analysis, content development, and transition planning to ensure a smooth shift to new processes, systems, or capabilities.
  • Monitor adoption and change effectiveness through feedback loops, readiness indicators, and post‑implementation evaluations.
  • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer/Information sciences, mathematics, business/MIS or related field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of five years relevant and demonstrated IT project management work in complex environments with highly successful outcomes.
  • Strong technology underpinnings and project management experiences with workflow automation platforms, ERP systems, financial platforms, ITSM, network, operating system, database, and software development.  PMI or PRINCE2 Certification is required.
  • Experience with Project management tools, PowerPoint and Excel a must. Experience with ServiceNow, Navvia considered and asset
  • Other Capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects on a regular basis.
  • Ability to identify and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Ability to grasp technical details of new technologies and the application thereof.
  • Ability to manage teams, assign tasks, and keep a focused effort on key deliverables and time lines
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including Capex/Opex, manage budget and produce reliable forecasts
  • Ability to describe technical project challenges in non-technical ways
  • Ability to mentor peers and junior level staff, coaching for internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills to include:

  • Expresses ideas effectively to various organizational levels.
