Orchestry is a rapidly growing SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping organizations simplify, govern, and automate their digital workplace. Our platform empowers teams through intuitive governance, lifecycle management, provisioning, automation, and reporting — reducing complexity while increasing adoption and control. We're a remote-first team built on curiosity, kindness, and getting sh*t done. If you love solving real customer problems with smart technical solutions, you'll fit right in.
About the RoleAre you a Microsoft 365 Platform Architect in the real world, across messy enterprise tenants, governance constraints, integrations, and stakeholder complexity, and you're ready to apply that expertise in a product company where your work is repeatable and scalable… this role is for you
Orchestry is hiring a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Architect to sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Presales, and Product. This is a senior, customer-facing technical role for a Microsoft 365 expert who can build credibility quickly and operate as a trusted advisor from the start. You'll support both pre-sales and post-sales technical conversations, including discovery, proof-of-concepts, onboarding, managed evaluations, advanced configuration, and integration scenarios. You'll also work closely with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot complex customer situations and influence how the platform evolves based on what you see in the field.
This is not a backend engineering role and not a ticket-driven support position. Success comes from senior-level technical credibility, strong solution design instincts, and a customer-outcome mindset.
