Process customer orders and maintain accurate order entry and quotations in SAP, including contract review and alignment with specifications, delivery requirements, documentation, packaging, and Trade Compliance. Coordinate the full order‑to‑delivery cycle, ensuring timely communication of progress updates, shipment schedules, and any potential delays or conflicting purchase‑order terms. Collaborate with sales, credit & collections, supply chain, manufacturing, shipping, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution. Support field and shop operations when required, including creation of wellhead install packages and coordination with field service technicians for wellhead installations. Participate in on‑call rotation to support urgent customer or shop needs. Contribute to continuous improvement through Manufacturing System principles and complete routine reporting. Technical diploma/degree in Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 Years of experience in oil & gas, preferably in wellhead-surface systems, field services, or a similar commercial/manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience working with ERP systems (SAP strongly desired). Class 5 Driver's License required. Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.
