The Buyer is responsible for overseeing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for project operations. Key responsibilities include researching and evaluating potential suppliers, managing bid evaluations and negotiations, and executing purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. 

The Buyer collaborates closely with suppliers, technical teams, and site personnel to meet project requirements, schedules, and quality expectations. Additionally, the Buyer monitors vendor performance, maintains accurate purchasing records, generates reports, and supports the resolution of procurement-related issues to drive continuous improvement in the procure-to-pay process.
