The Position
We're looking for an Agency Support Specialist to join our team at our Mountain Road, Moncton, NB location. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our agency, ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional. Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly, service-oriented approach.
- Greet clients upon arrival and create a welcoming experience.
- Schedule and manage client appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
Client Support
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Assist licensed staff by preparing documents for signatures.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain an organized digital filing system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail promptly.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Support general office operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bring your post-secondary education in business administration or a related field to a role where your expertise makes an impact.
- Showcase exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build strong, positive connections with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail to keep everything running smoothly.
- Leverage your proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office tools to work efficiently and effectively.
- Bilingual in English and French? That's a strong asset we value.
