Job Summary

Olive Fertility Centre is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a contract basis for a minimum of six (6) months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role will support recruitment across a range of clinical positions and may be performed remotely.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and support timely and effective hiring outcomes. Experience recruiting within healthcare or other regulated environments is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination with the on-site HR Generalists

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs

  • Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates using multiple channels

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability

  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process

  • Collaborate with on-site HR Generalists to facilitate offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements

  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking metrics

  • Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and applicable employment standards

  • Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support ongoing hiring needs

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing tools

  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsive

Education and Experience
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruitment

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments is an asset
