Field Supervisor

We provide Integrated Guarding, Remote Guarding, Mobile Guarding, Onsite Guarding, Investigative Services and Technology Services. 

There are two positions for active permanent vacancies.

Position Overview: 

Wages: $19.50/hr 

Shift timings: 

Saturday-Sunday-12 hours 0700hrs - 1900hrs and 

Friday, Sat and Sunday- 1900hrs - 0700hrs.  

Location: Mississauga Office

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Reports to District Manager
• Providing up to date Schedules to Scheduling Manager.
• Performs Site inspections and site audit of guards.
• Performing uniform Deliveries to sites
• Scheduling last minute books offs
• Completing and submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Driving to and from sites.
• Site stand downs when required
• Any other duties as required.
• After hours calls from CNCC with Book offs.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Valid Ontario Security License. 
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain. 
• Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response and minimum of 1 year of Supervisor experience. 
• G Class Drivers License is required with Clean Driver's abstract.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Tech savvy with experience monitoring CCTV cameras and using 2-way radios. 
• Scheduling experience is preferred.
