General Mills is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Associate Brand Manager to accelerate growth in our Kid and Seasonal Cereals portfolio—including Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Reeses Puffs, and Canada Gem, Nesquik. This is your opportunity to shape the future of beloved brands, act as a general manager with full P&L ownership, and lead impactful business decisions. This will report to one of our Sr Brand Managers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven brand strategies to deliver sustainable market share growth and achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead short- and long-term brand plans, including innovation, holistic margin management, renovation, strategic revenue management, and packaging design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance) to implement integrated brand strategies.
  • Partner with US colleagues to leverage best practices and drive joint projects.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities using data-driven insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand or marketing management within a CPG organization or related industry 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset; passion for growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience driving consumer insights into new products or marketing.
  • Deep understanding of P&L mechanics and strategic revenue management.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience across different brand/product lifecycle stages.

Given that collaboration is critical to the success of our team members, our teams, and our business, the expectation for this role will be to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week. Our policy allows flexibility for the reality of business and personal schedules. Monday and Friday are flexible regarding your work location.

The salary range for this position is $82,100 - $123,200 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
