Job Description

About the role:

This role supports critical workstreams under a larger initiative to reimagine the Advisor portfolio management experience within a multi-year program for Wealth Management. In this role, you will support the design, development, and evolution of advisor-facing digital capabilities that modernize how portfolios are constructed, managed, and monitored across the firm.

This role blends strategy + execution - turning a future state vision into actionable product plans, working day-to-day with cross-functional stakeholders to bring new experiences to life.

Key responsibilities:

Product strategy & road mapping

  • Drive a defined product workstream(s) aligned to the Portfolio Management Reimagined vision
  • Break down high level strategy into actionable project plans, milestones, and product backlog

Client & advisor discovery

  • Build strong relationships with the cross-functional working group
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research, including workshops and interviews
  • Use insights to develop end-user personas to inform capabilities and design
  • Advocate for Advisors by grounding solution design in personas and solve for moments of friction

Product execution & delivery

  • Prioritize user stories & ensure requirements are vetted
  • Partner closely with technology, design and business stakeholders
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies, including scrum, testing and release activities
  • Own channels to collect Advisor feedback, measure outcomes, and iterate

Skills & experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital product management, platform ownership, digital strategy or equivalent
  • Experience delivering digital projects in highly complex enterprise/regulated environments
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and self-direct: able to breakdown problems and propose appropriate solutions
  • Strong visual thinker with an appreciation for design and user experience
  • Technical understanding and comfort partnering with technology peers
  • Strong communication skills; both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Agile / scrum delivery fundamentals
  • JIRA / Confluence
  • Figma or other UX collaboration tools
  • Understanding of wealth asset management fundamentals

Why this role?

This is a ground-floor opportunity on a high-visibility, multi-year strategic transformation.

You will help reinvent the advisor portfolio management experience, shape the future of the advisor desktop ecosystem, and ultimately influence how thousands of our Advisors and Clients experience Wealth Management.

  • Flexible work/life balance options.
  • Opportunities to do challenging work.
  • Opportunities to take on progressively greater accountabilities.
