THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst, Engineering and Enablement, with a proven track record to help us build and support the three key pillars of our business, which include Corporate, Investments, and Pensions. Our growing Corporate Technology portfolio, includes functional groups such as People, Corporate Finance, Communications, Engagement & Strategy, Legal, and Facilities, among others. The ideal candidate must be able to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user interface design, implementation specifications, system requirements and solution design.
Reporting directly to the Director, Engineering & Enablement, the individual will be a key member of the team, working closely with Solution Architects, and partnering with key technology partners to collaboratively engage, model, drive, and operationalize solutions across the organization. You will be extremely motivated with a can-do attitude, be hands-on, subscribe to a continuous learning mindset, and apply leading practices and technologies to your work. You will bring in-depth experience in documenting business and technical requirements, process orchestration and automated workflow design, problem analysis and troubleshooting, system configuration and cybersecurity. You also possess experience in medium-to-large enterprise-level complex technology environment(s).

This role is based in downtown Toronto under a hybrid work policy, allowing employees the flexibility to work remotely and in-office (approximately two days per week in-office).

EXPECTED COMPENSATION
The expected compensation for this role is an annualized base salary in the range of $85,600 to $135,600. This range reflects the expected range for new hire base salaries and is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
You may also be eligible for a variable incentive depending on organizational, divisional and personal performance. The final total compensation offered will vary depending on your skills, experience and other factors.
