Job Description
What you'll doAct as the Outbound Product Manager for CI/CD capabilities supporting application-level workloads on the Guidewire Cloud Platform, including digital and integration applications.
Engage directly with customers, partners, and field teams to understand real-world CI/CD workflows, uncovering valued capabilities and areas of friction.
Synthesize market, customer, and field insights into actionable product opportunities, driving improvements and new features that address unmet needs and unlock new revenue streams.
Translate insights into clear outbound product requirements, positioning, and value narratives to guide platform and application teams.
Partner closely with the Outbound PM for platform-level CI/CD and collaborate with Inbound Product Managers to ensure alignment and customer-driven evolution of CI/CD capabilities.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, SRE, Enablement, Sales, and Marketing to influence solution direction, customer readiness, and go-to-market execution.
Represent CI/CD topics in customer meetings, workshops, and group settings, communicating value and best practices to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Strong ability to synthesize customer, market, and field input into actionable insights that influence product direction and go-to-market execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate customer needs and business context to engineering, design, and cross-functional partners.
Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and developer workflows, including build and deployment automation, pipeline configuration, testing, and artifact promotion.
Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD in the cloud (e.g., AWS services, automation, security considerations).
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and cross-functional teams while maintaining a clear outbound focus on customer value, adoption, and usability.
Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Excellent English speaking and written communication skills.
3+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent experience in a customer-facing, technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting, or platform engineering).
Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience with application-level CI/CD in cloud platforms.
Ability to travel 10–25% as needed.

The Canadian CAD base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000 - $124,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.About Guidewire
