This is a one‑year hybrid contract based out of our Markham office, with flexibility to be supported from various offices across Ontario.

The Manager of Allied Health supports the Community Bundled Care and Integrated Care Solutions (ICS) programs by providing clinical leadership, professional practice oversight, and operational support. The Manager also plays a key role in supporting safe transitions from hospital to home, collaborating with hospital partners, internal teams, and community providers to ensure timely, coordinated, person and family centered care
