The big picture:
As the Owner Services Support, you play a key role in enabling our Owner Services team to deliver exceptional, tailored experiences to our Owners. This is a temporary contract position created to support the team during a leave of absence.
In this role you will:
- Work collaboratively with the Personal Flight Concierges, Communications Coordinator and Booking Coordinators by supporting trip requests, ensuring accuracy of bookings, and assisting with ground and in-flight arrangements. While this role does not carry a dedicated Owner portfolio, it is essential in maintaining service excellence and operational continuity.
- Support the Personal Flight Concierge team by assisting with Owner trip requests and ensuring trip details and preferences are accurately communicated and loaded into the flight scheduling software.
- Assist with arranging Owners' ground logistics, such as catering, transportation, expediting of unaccompanied goods, passenger mobility aids, and other related services.
- Assist with coordinating in-flight requests, including cabin service attendants, level of cabin service, cabin configurations, special commissary, and other service add-ons or special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to AirSprint's high-end clientele while supporting the PFC team in building strong, professional Owner relationships.
- Conduct quality control checks for ground logistics, in-flight requests, and trip details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in the hospitality/tourism or travel industry including experience working with high-end, VIP clientele.
- Post-secondary education in Travel, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to obtain a RAIC.
Bonus points if you have:
- Written and oral proficiency in French.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
