POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an Endpoint Engineer that will be responsible for providing support on various Configuration Manager platforms including MECM, JAMF and Intune, with a focus on Configuration Management in a heterogeneous environment. This role maintains Infrastructure services for existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements per best practices and standard Radiology Partners processes. - Acts as an escalation point and provides advanced level support for Support Teammates while troubleshooting and resolving end-user desktop incidents.
- Respond to off-hours downtime by taking appropriate action to correct affected systems
- Manages all IT issues with focus on customer satisfaction
- Manages and maintains Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager application libraries
- Intune setup, deployment and ongoing policy maintenance
- Packages, tests, and deploys applications, drivers, and operating systems
- Support and troubleshooting for Software Update deployments and WSUS
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Support and troubleshooting for mobile device management
- Mac management leveraging the JAMF suite of tools
- BYOD/In house owned devices over both JAMF and Intune
- Practice change control policies and adhere to team guidelines
- Recommends hardware and other peripherals for general use
- Collaborates with engineers from other teams and assesses user needs
- Investigates and recommends cost-effective solutions
- Able to create KB articles to define software/solution needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science degree or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- 3+ years of experience as System Administrator
- Experience with JAMF and Mac systems
- Experience supporting a system of 100 users or more, preferably in the healthcare environment
- Advanced level knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Advanced level knowledge on Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
- Virtual Private Networking (VPN) and remote connectivity troubleshooting skills
- Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, internal and external DNS
- Experience with firewall, anti-spam, anti-virus, and system security implementation & maintenance
- Experience with help desk ticketing software, terminal services, and general use of MS Office
- A customer service mindset is a must
