OverviewCarePartners is adding to our team and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to ensure effective customer service and communication skills. The Adminstrative Assistant is an integral part of our Central East Branch- Peterborough's daily operations.
We have immediate Full-Time in the Oshawa office
Hours of work are a schedule of defined shifts. Monday- Friday typically 830am- 4:30pm

- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The hourly range is $17.72 to $23.96, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
- Conduct administrative duties for the management team such as booking appointments or interviews, completing paperwork and sending it to the appropriate person
- Organizing manager information and following up on voice mails and emails
- Greeting customers and clients
- Coordinate office activities; troubleshoot or escalate basic office administration issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft office, with proven skills in Word and Excel
- Keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitasking skills and organizational skills
- Fluent in spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 2 or more years' office and/or customer service experience
- Experience working within a unionized environment and the health care field an asset
- A clear background check
