**Travel to Office expectations** For Remote Roles : If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings

As a Sr. Director of Product Management for Senior Living, you will be a foundational leader in building PointClickCare's presence in this market. This is not a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to define the product vision, hire and grow a team, and bring new solutions to market that help senior living communities thrive You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, market development, and hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that operators love—and that drive meaningful business results for PointClickCare
The Product The Senior Living platform addresses critical operational and care delivery challenges facing operators today—including resident management, move-in workflows, billing, pharmacy integration, and care coordination. You will own the vision and roadmap for this portfolio, ensuring we deliver solutions that reduce administrative burden, improve care outcomes, and help communities operate more efficiently.
