RQ10465 - Systems Testing

MUST HAVES:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non‑GUI environments
• Proven experience in full lifecycle testing with Oracle Service cloud, Oracle CX platform or similar cloud services
• Demonstrated experience in executing functional tests, non‑functional tests, and systems level integration tests
• Demonstrated experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases
• Demonstrated experience Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Provides advice on the testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required for testing
• Setting up a test environments

Evaluation Criteria

Technical Skills – 60%

• 5 to 10 years of experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non‑GUI environments
• Proven experience in full lifecycle testing with Oracle Service cloud, Oracle CX platform or similar cloud services
• Demonstrated experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities
• Demonstrated experience in executing functional tests, non‑functional tests, and systems level integration tests
• Demonstrated experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases
• Demonstrated experience procedures and techniques of testing web‑based, online, batch, client‑server systems and web services
• Demonstrated experience Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Expertise in end‑to‑end digital accessibility testing, including automated, manual, and assistive techniques
• Knowledge of the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1 level A and AA
• Setting up a test environments

Other Skills – 25%

• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and test plan walkthroughs and in carrying out static testing
• Demonstrated experience in setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day‑to‑day computer systems operations

Client Support – 10%

• Demonstrated experience of working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set‑up for training and implementation

Government Business Process Experience – 5%

• Working experience on applications that automate internal government business processes such as WebSphere, e‑Forms, JDBC, and Business Objects Enterprise etc., would be an asset
