About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Talent Management to join our HR Senior Leadership Team. This role is responsible for setting and executing the enterprise-wide talent management strategy across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Reporting to the SVP Human Resources, you will shape how we attract, develop, deploy, and retain top talent to ensure long-term business success. You will lead succession planning, performance management, competency frameworks, and high-potential development while elevating our employer brand and employee experience.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about building future-ready talent ecosystems and driving data-informed talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Enterprise Impact
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned to business goals.
- Design forward-looking talent frameworks that anticipate future capability needs.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage the talent management budget and ensure strong ROI.
- Analyze and present key talent metrics to executive leadership.
- Partner with Learning & Development to deliver impactful development programs.
Talent Processes & Governance
- Design and implement enterprise-wide talent assessment and succession frameworks.
- Lead high-potential identification and leadership pipeline development.
- Assess current workforce capabilities versus future needs and close identified gaps.
- Establish guiding principles for critical role succession planning.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance in all talent processes.
- Leverage generative AI and storytelling to enhance employer branding and employee experience.
Business Partnership & Employee Experience
- Partner with Business Unit Heads and HR Business Partners to understand talent priorities.
- Develop customized talent solutions aligned with business needs.
- Enhance career progression frameworks and employee development pathways.
- Use data analytics to improve engagement, performance, and retention.
Leadership, Innovation & Growth
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the talent team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Promote innovation in talent practices, including AI-driven solutions.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across HR leadership.
- Drive data-driven decision-making in talent strategy execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior talent management leadership role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale talent initiatives and change programs.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives to drive talent strategy.
- Experience managing succession planning and high-potential programs in complex organizations.
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- CHRP designation preferred.
Technical Expertise
- Enterprise competency framework design and implementation.
- Talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
- Performance management systems and continuous feedback models.
- Workforce analytics and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with HRIS implementation and usage optimization
