The Opportunity

Shape the World Around You — Join a team delivering transformative rail and transit projects that move people and communities forward. Working from our client office in Toronto, you'll support some of the most complex transportation programs in the region, helping turn bold ideas into reality.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project scopes, contract phases, schedules, and budgets that set programs up for success.
  • Coordinate design activities across preliminary and detailed stages, ensuring quality, constructability, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support compliance by liaising with public agencies, managing permits, and integrating regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and organize business plans, charters, work plans, and construction review documents that guide critical project decisions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder review cycles, track comments, and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage the production, organization, and distribution of construction contract documentation.
  • Provide engineering support throughout construction, assisting with contract changes, claims resolution, and verification of as‑built deliverables.
  • Lead contract and project close‑out coordination, ensuring documentation is captured and archived.
  • Oversee project document control systems and support teams in proper usage.
  • Track cost and schedule performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on course.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • You bring 15+ years of experience coordinating heavy civil, transportation, or multi‑discipline infrastructure projects, ideally within large public‑sector environments such as TTC, Metrolinx, or the City of Toronto.
  • You've built deep expertise in project coordination, engineering support, and construction administration across complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing competing priorities with adaptability, creativity, and strong problem‑solving instincts.
  • You're confident navigating project management tools, document control systems, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • You excel at bringing people together — fostering cooperation, managing expectations, and keeping project teams aligned.
  • You're comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and tight timelines, delivering high‑quality outputs that fuel project progress.
