About the role: Reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, the Mining Engineer or Senior Mining Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing strategic long-range plans to sustain and extend the Life of Mine at Line Creek Operations. The role involves executing all aspects of long-range planning including: pit, spoil and haul road design optimizations, life of mine schedules, strategic evaluations, all while considering potential impacts to sustainable development. This role is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to make a positive impact on the business To be successful, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a team environment with all levels of an organization. This person has strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and is dedicated to continuous improvement.
