As a Senior Quality Engineer , you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies, focusing on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business to embed quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle. In addition to hands-on testing responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, support test infrastructure improvements, and serve as a key quality advocate within the team
Accountability The incumbent reports to the Manager, Quality Engineering and works closely with Lead Quality Engineers and Development Managers. They are expected to provide regular updates on test execution, automation progress, and quality metrics, and raise potential risks to timelines or quality standards. The incumbent will act as a senior quality expert, supporting and guiding team members on best practices, tools, and test coverage strategy Main Activities:
