Located in the heart of Zermatt, in a quiet setting with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn,

Matterhorn Lodge Boutique Hotel is an architectural gem built in 2012.
Since then, it has offered relaxed luxury in an elegant alpine style.

With 18 rooms,our boutique hotel focuses on quality, calm, and personal service.

To strengthen our small housekeeping team of three, we are looking for a

Housekeeping Team Member

for a seasonal or permanent position (80–100%), starting in March or by agreement.

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

• Ensuring a cozy, spotless, and well-prepared environment for our guests

• Handling linen, amenities, and supplies responsibly

• Reporting technical issues or damages to the team

• Working closely with reception and the hotel team

• Supporting our partner businesses, Harry's Bar and Bahnhof Hotel

• A friendly, international team in a small, well-organized boutique hotel

• Basic experience in housekeeping is required;
  experience in a similar boutique or hospitality environment is a plus.
