At Jungle Scout, we help brands and sellers win on Amazon with industry-leading competitive intelligence tools. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to elevate our marketing engine through exceptional email execution, smart automation, and strong marketing technology management.

This role sits on the Growth team and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure our campaigns, data, and systems run efficiently and drive measurable pipeline impact.

About the Role

You will own both email marketing strategy and the operations that enable it. This means designing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, managing our marketing tech stack, improving lead routing and scoring, maintaining data quality, and enabling cross-functional teams with insights and streamlined workflows.

What You'll Do Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Build and optimize email programs that drive acquisition, product engagement, and retention across PLG and Enterprise segments.
  • Develop segmented nurtures, automated workflows, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Analyze performance and use insights to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline creation.
Marketing Operations & Tech Stack Ownership
  • Manage and optimize Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, Gong, and related integrations.
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain accurate lead flow, routing rules, lifecycle stages, and data syncs.
  • Ensure strong data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution across the marketing database.
Lead Scoring, Routing & Qualification
  • Own and refine lead scoring models using behavioral and firmographic data.
  • Ensure leads are routed quickly and accurately to the right sales segments.
  • Influence MQL/SQL criteria and support alignment with Sales and RevOps.
AI-Enhanced Workflow & Content
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation, reporting, testing, and operational efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on campaign goals, data needs, and process improvements.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support GTM strategy.
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
  • Email and lifecycle programs are consistently generating high-quality pipeline.
  • Lead scoring and routing systems are accurate, efficient, and trusted by Sales.
  • Marketing data is clean, actionable, and improving audience targeting.
  • The marketing tech stack is streamlined, documented, and optimized for speed and scale.
  • AI is embedded into content and strategy for faster execution and deeper insights.
Who You Are
  • 4 years in Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, or similar.
  • Deep expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, Gong.
  • Strong background in email strategy, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable working with complex datasets.
  • Skilled in lead scoring, lead routing, and maintaining database quality.
  • AI-native: you use AI tools to work smarter and faster.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise marketing, Segment, Power BI, Amazon/ecommerce, or digital marketing fundamentals.
