As the FP&A Manager at Voldex, you'll own the financial engine behind our games and growth. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution — partnering closely with leadership and game teams to turn ideas into forecasts, models, and decisions that actually move the business. You'll build and own scalable planning processes, surface insights that shape where we invest next, and bring clarity to complexity in a fast-growing, remote-first gaming environment. Big scope, real ownership, and visible impact.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting with clear variance analysis and defensible assumptions trusted by leadership

  • Own the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast cycles with strong cross-functional alignment and on-time execution

  • Build and maintain a scalable financial model supporting budgeting, scenarios, tax, and strategic decisions

  • Deliver clear, decision-oriented reporting to the CEO, VP/Head of Finance, and Board, increasing visibility into key financial and operating drivers

  • Support investor relations, capital raises, and M&A diligence with high-quality analysis, models, and financial narratives

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders on resource allocation, headcount planning, and performance management

  • Drive measurable improvements in revenue growth, margins (gross and EBITDA), and OpEx efficiency through better capital allocation

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 4-7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or similar roles

  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills using Excel or Google Sheets

  • Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers

  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in interactive gaming, digital media, or another consumer business
