What Applying Looks Like

What You'll Do
  • Providing strategic administrative and project management support for the executive
  • Processing and managing emails and calendars.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate.
  • Setting up eSignature documents and ensuring proper completion.
  • Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
  • Booking travel and accommodations, and meticulously filing expenses. Extra bonus, you find the best deals.
  • Planning and executing various team events and off-sites.

Requirements

  • Must be within 1-hour time zone difference from EST.
  • 3+ years as an EA, reporting to one or more executives
  • Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment, preferably in consulting/agency environments.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and leverage AI tools
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational mindset. You like efficiency, structure, and clear processes

Preferred

  • Operations or project coordination experience
  • Experience in process creation, documentation, or workflow optimization
