Concrete Finisher

One of our employers is currently seeking a dynamic and engaging Experienced Concrete Finisher to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in road and infrastructure construction, delivering high-quality, durable finishes.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces for roads, sidewalks, curbs, and infrastructure projects
  
• Smooth, shape, and texture concrete using hand and power tools
  
• Ensure proper alignment, slope, and thickness according to project specifications
  
• Apply finishing techniques to achieve durable, high-quality surfaces
  
• Monitor curing processes and apply curing compounds or sealants as required
  
• Repair and restore concrete surfaces, including patching and joint finishing
  
• Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and equipment operators
  
• Follow safety standards, traffic control procedures, and site regulations
  
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  

• Advanced concrete finishing techniques (troweling, edging, broom finishing)
  
• Strong knowledge of road and infrastructure concrete work
  
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications
  
• Experience using hand and power tools related to concrete finishing
  
• Understanding of concrete curing, jointing, and sealing methods
  
• Attention to detail and quality control
  
• Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
