We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to fill a temporary part-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

• Maintain accurate financial records by preparing and processing EFTs, weekly cheques and wire transfer requests.
• Track operational activities and accurately enter data into the CRM system.
• Code and record payables and expenses in accordance with established accounting procedures and clerical guidelines.
• Review balance statements and financial institution records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
