This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs. Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases to target. Understand user intent and tailor content to meet those needs. Ensure that the company's website is optimized for search engines, including on-page optimization (like meta tags, headings, and content quality) and technical optimization (like site speed, mobile-friendliness, and website architecture). Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with overall SEO strategy. Advise on content marketing strategies to improve search visibility. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and report on SEO performance. Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Regularly perform competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Identify and capitalize on gaps in competitor strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices. Continuously adapt and refine SEO strategies accordingly. Work with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and web development, to ensure a cohesive and effective online strategy. Lead and manage any SEO team members, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality work. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successful SEO strategy implementation. - Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. - Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and insights. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
