We provide comprehensive training on our order picking systems, equipment operation, and essential Safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists and using RF scanners.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock put-away processes.
- Perform duties that may involve consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems or RF scanning technology.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and productivity.
