Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Put away received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for safe transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments with correct labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals within our logistics hub.
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse functions and logistics.
- Strong dedication to safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
