Join our growing logistics network in San Diego, California, as a Warehouse Associate. We are looking for a dedicated individual to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment safely, adhere to all safety procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced setting is necessary. We provide all essential PPE to ensure your safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
