As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, and comprehensive training on proper procedures, including the use of required PPE, will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditing.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
