As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and logistics efforts, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while on duty.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repeated bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Awareness of warehouse safety procedures.
- Must be able to work efficiently and accurately.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to wear PPE such as safety glasses and gloves.
