Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for individuals eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You'll be an essential part of our logistics chain, ensuring products move smoothly from our facility to our customers. A strong commitment to safety and accuracy is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or paper lists.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and discrepancies.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to safety regulations.
