Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report them.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and record keeping.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Use proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Assist in maintaining overall warehouse efficiency and flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
