We are seeking enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding operations in Madison, Wisconsin. This role offers a comprehensive experience within our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Perform all general warehouse duties, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Stage outgoing shipments and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Follow all established logistics and company procedures.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and using proper PPE.
