Join our thriving e-commerce fulfillment center in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to support our mission of delivering exceptional products to customers. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. This role is central to our logistics network, guaranteeing timely and correct delivery. You will work in a dynamic team environment where your contribution is valued. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and stage them for carriers.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret order pick tickets and product labels accurately.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Capable of performing consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety .
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
