We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our busy warehouse in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Our logistics operations depend on the precision and speed of our fulfillment team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
- Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Must be able to perform frequent manual Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable with manual Lifting and material handling.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
