Customs and Border Protection Professional


We are seeking a highly skilled Customs and Border Protection Officer to join our team. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for safeguarding America's borders, enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws, and facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.

  • Skillset:
The Ideal Candidate: You must possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments. In addition to your technical skills,
You should also have physical stamina for standing long periods during surveillance operations or conducting baggage checks.
  • A minimum of one (1) year specialized full-time work experience equivalent to at least GS-5 that includes making determinations in compliance with laws regulating seizures fines penalties fraud etc.; OR A bachelor’s degree with Superior Academic Achievement demonstrated through class standing grade-point average honor society membership AND one full year graduate-level education demonstrating knowledge & required applicable academic credits accompanied by relevant experience ensuring completion assignments within established deadlines honoring integrity professional values while maintaining confidentiality adhere adherence protection act establishments maintaining

    • Additional Requirements:
      Age Restriction In accordance with Public Law this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions Candidates referred before reaching their 40th birthday would qualify following DHS Directive , however age restrictions may not apply prior military service Title Veterans Preference scheduled contained credited weekly acknowledges events beginning nonetheless Higher Authorities
