Responsibilities
Query data in Snowflake using SQL and update data models consistent with current architecture Utilize LookML to enhance data visualizations and create dashboards in Looker and Post Hog Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior patterns and identify opportunities for product enhancement Present analytical findings to cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights Build externally-facing reports to provide stakeholders with visibility into user engagement and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role in a product-driven technology company Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in modern data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery Proficiency in data transformation tools such as dbt for building documented data models Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode Solid understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with version control systems like Git for code management Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python or R for statistical analysis Familiarity with healthcare concepts and terminology Basic understanding of data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with proper statistical rigor
