Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of acute care experience within the past 3 years.• Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
• Diploma completion required
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 1 year of level 1 trauma center or similar sized hospital
Electrophysiology or EP experience
Strong EP Ablation experience required.
One year of Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab),
Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology experience or participation in the CVT apprenticeship program may be considered in lieu of education requirement.
Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience.

Required Credentials: Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
The following criteria must be met in two attempts:
Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole. No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure]. Passing score of 80% or higher.
Pediatric Exam: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia. Passing score of 80% or higher. Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass.
Competency Renewal: Travelers need to have an active telemetry competency on file per calendar.
Graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Technologist (CVIS) training program
Unit / Facility Details: Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite. Other transportation options are available: bus, park & ride, private parking, etc
Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Shift & Scheduling: Option to work 4x10-hour or 3x12 hr shifts ranging from 0630 - 1900
On-call responsibilities on nights and weekends.
Call frequency is currently around one night a week and every third weekend.
Specific schedule will be discussed in the interview.
Weekend rotations and some holidays will be required.
14 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
