The Miami HEAT and 601 Analytics are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role will focus on building dynamic reports and visualizations, interpreting large relational datasets, and delivering products that influence key areas such as ticket sales, customer engagement, event operations, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is proficient in Power BI and SQL, with a passion for leveraging data to optimize performance and enhance the fan experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives and data needs. Design and maintain efficient SQL queries to transform and merge large datasets. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making. Provide ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements. Deliver client-facing presentations and training sessions on analytics tools and insights. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL is preferred Hands-on experience working with Python, R and/or related languages Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar systems. Knowledge of statistics and economics principles Working knowledge of the Sports and Entertainment industry Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
